Dr. Keisha E. McKenzie

Dr. Keisha E. McKenzie joined Believe Out Loud as program director in 2016 after two years of service as a strategist and communications/development consultant. Originally from the UK, Keisha studied in Jamaica, completed graduate degrees in technical communication and rhetoric, and owns McKenzie Consulting Group, a communication, systems-level strategy, and social good firm. Keisha has served on the board of Seventh-day Adventist Kinship International and the Leadership Council of Intersections International, and is a founding member of the #AJustFaith coalition. Now based in New York and Maryland, Keisha participates in Adventist congregations and appears in the how-to-dialogue film on faith, gender, and sexuality, Enough Room at the Table. Keisha believes that all people have inherent worth and dignity, that we deserve a world where all of us can flourish, and that people of faith need to be first in line to help make that world real.
